Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial orders.
  • Coordinate the implementation of services, contracts, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Monitor project timelines, ensuring that all commitments are met on time and within scope.
  • Provide proactive updates on order activities, changes, and relevant milestones.
  • Address client inquiries, issues, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of each account's specific needs and preferences for fulfillment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular check-ins and effective communication.
  • Verify customer billing to maintain account and service integrity.
  • Work with the sales team to identify opportunities for improvements within existing processes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The Commercial Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of fulfillment for commercial accounts, ensuring excellent service delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales, operations, and customer service teams to coordinate and fulfill account needs efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in account coordination, customer service, or a related role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
Experience: Previous experience in service order tracking; including experience with CRM software.

  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
  • Personal computer skills, working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software.
  • Ability to maintain favorable relations with customers and co-workers.
