Job Responsibilities:
The Southeast - Sr. Director, Commercial Sales (“SR. DIRECTOR”) oversees the Sales, Customer Retention and community and government relations for its designated region. The SR. DIRECTOR is responsible for increasing sales across strategic accounts, increasing incremental customer growth, with a strong focus on market penetration and Customer Satisfaction.
This role demands the application of positive leadership to foster a professional team that maximizes sales opportunities, provides excellent service, and aligns with strategic goals. The SR. DIRECTOR demonstrates resilience and a sense of urgency to achieve outcomes and exceed expectations, overcoming obstacles and setbacks. Effective communication and relationship-building with all organizational levels and external customers are essential. This position reports to the Chief Commercial Officer, Commercial Sales and requires frequent travel throughout the sales territories, including GA, NC, SC and Tenn.

  • Initiative in project completion and follow-through.

Required Skills:
  • 7 to 10 years of a proven track record in successful leadership and management.
  • Demonstrated success in inside and outside sales, including proficiency in prospecting residential, small business, and Enterprise/Government accounts.
  • College degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive retention strategies to increase customer loyalty and reduce churn.
