Commercial Sales - (Multiple states) - Full Time

Vyve is a leading broadband Internet provider serving largely non-urban communities in 16 states. A technology leader in the cable and broadband sectors, Vyve Broadband offers an extensive range of broadband, fiber connectivity, cable television and voice services for commercial and residential customers. Residential services include high-speed Internet with speeds up to Vyve Gig, all-digital, high-definition video and fully featured digital voice. Vyve Business Services provides optical Ethernet, PRI, and hosted voice services to the business community. Vyve serve areas of Alabama, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, and Wyoming.    

Position Summary

The Commercial MDU Sales Manager is responsible for supporting and executing the commercial strategy for multi-dwelling unit (MDU) growth. This role serves as a hands-on strategic support and enablement function to Account Managers while contributing to key national PMC relationships, bulk contract strategy, pricing input, proposal development, and cross-functional coordination. This role drives density, protects market share, improves plant ROI, and delivers measurable MDU revenue growth across all regions.

Key Responsibilities

1. National Strategy & Leadership

• Execute and refine the commercial MDU strategy in partnership with Senior Sales Leadership
• Contribute to and help maintain standardized MDU playbooks, pricing frameworks, contract templates, and sales processes
• Identify high-value MDU clusters to support FAN and micro-FAN build justification
• Partner with Regional Vice President and internal stakeholders to support pro-forma ROI models and revenue forecasts
• Provide regular performance insights and updates  on MDU pipeline, performance, and risks

2. Sales Enablement & Field Support

• Serve as a strategic overlay supporting Account Managers in all regions without replacing their customer ownership
• Lead MDU-specific deal strategy, proposal development, and competitive positioning for complex or high-value opportunities
• Conduct field training, workshops, and joint customer meetings
• Promote consistent execution and best-practice sharing

3. PMC Relationship Development

• Build and maintain relationships with major property management companies (PMCs) across all regions
• Support multi-property agreements and strategic partnerships in collaboration with Sales Leadership
• Establish repeatable engagement cadences

•Serve as a point of escalation for negotiations, service concerns, and deal blockers

4. Cross-Functional Alignment & Delivery

• Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Advanced Commercial Support, and Product to ensure accurate scoping and predictable delivery
• Lead on-site walkthroughs and feasibility analysis with internal partners
• Identify opportunities to improve installation timelines, communication workflows, and customer experience
• Strengthen ROE (Right of Entry) processes and building access strategy

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• New annualized MRR from MDU deals supported
• Total contract value (TCV) closed
• MDU penetration growth across footprint
• PMC relationship expansion and multi-property wins
• Forecast accuracy and pipeline contribution
• Reduction in construction delays and project redesigns

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of MDU sales/leadership experience
• Proven experience supporting bulk MDU, hospitality, or multi-property sales negotiations
• Working knowledge of fiber/coax plant, construction processes, and managed Wi-Fi
• Strong financial aptitude including ROI modeling, payback analysis, and revenue forecasting
• Ability to lead through influence across Sales, Engineering, Advanced Commercial Support, Construction, and Legal
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
• Ability to travel 30%-50%

Preferred Qualifications

• National PMC relationship experience (Greystar, Lincoln, RPM, Asset Living, etc.)
• Experience with bulk agreements, managed Wi-Fi deployments, and MDU technology solutions
• Experience supporting regional or multi-market sales teams
• Experience implementing standardized sales processes and programs
