About Us

Vyve Broadband connects smaller cities and rural communities to fast, reliable internet, and treats the people who live and work there like neighbors. Through Vyve Community Solutions, we bring property-wide connectivity to apartment communities, homeowner associations, student and senior housing, and new developments. Owners get an amenity their residents value and a new source of income that strengthens the property's performance.

For our team, that means a role with real ownership, leaders who clear the path, and the chance to build relationships that last for years.

What Success Looks Like

The ideal candidate either brings these habits from prior sales experience or demonstrates the aptitude, coachability, and commitment required to develop them quickly. We are looking for someone who prepares thoroughly, builds trust with stakeholders, communicates value effectively, and consistently advances opportunities toward a decision.
Success in this role comes from disciplined preparation, relationship development, and consultative selling. Top performers research opportunities before outreach, consistently convert prospecting activity into discovery conversations, maintain clear next steps throughout the sales process, and present recommendations directly to decision-makers rather than relying solely on email communication.

Territory & Account Development

  • Build and execute a strategic territory plan that identifies priority properties, ownership groups, developers, property management companies, HOA and condo boards, and new construction opportunities across the assigned region.
  • Build and work a plan for your assigned region that targets priority properties, ownership groups, developers, property management companies, HOA and condo boards, and new construction projects.
  • Create new opportunities through field visits, referrals, industry relationships, association involvement and targeted outreach. Being present in the market is the primary way you build your book.
  • Join and stay active in local apartment, community-association and real-estate development organizations. Represent Vyve at their meetings, trade shows and networking events.
  • Track new development through planning, zoning and permit activity. Reach developers and lenders early, while the property technology is still being decided.

Research & Readiness

  • Prepare before every outreach. Know the property ownership, management, unit count, development stage, current provider and what residents say about it online.
  • Use territory research, public records and your network to identify the true decision-makers, influencers and timelines for each opportunity.
  • Rehearse your pitch. Know what you will say, why it matters to the owner, and how to deliver it in 30 seconds or 30 minutes.

Business Case & Solution Development

  • Lead consultative discovery on what the owner wants to improve: resident experience, reviews, lease-up speed, retention, operating simplicity and property value.
  • Build and present owner-focused business cases and ROI analyses: added net operating income, the value it creates at the owner cap rate, and the resident experience.
  • Partner with Sales Engineering, Construction and Operations on site surveys and solution design. Translate technology into clear outcomes for property owners, managers and lenders.
  • Present proposals live, in person or on a call, and ask for feedback and the decision. Do not just send them.

Stakeholder & Opportunity Management

  • Build relationships with property managers, regional managers, owners, asset managers, developers, lenders, HOA board members and their consultants.
  • Guide opportunities through complex stakeholder environments by building consensus among ownership groups, property managers, board members, developers, lenders, consultants and operational decision-makers. Adapt messaging as needed to address concerns and advance opportunities.
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, stakeholder mapping, site coordination, pricing, proposal, negotiation, contracting and close.
  • Always know the decision-maker, the date of the next decision meeting and the agreed next step. Use them as leading indicators of whether a deal is moving.
  • Bring in sales leadership and internal resources for complex, portfolio-level or executive conversations.

Pipeline, Forecasting & Reporting

  • Keep account, activity, opportunity, next-step, close-date and forecast information current in the CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot).
  • Build and maintain enough qualified pipeline to meet assigned agreement, door and revenue goals.
  • Report wins, risks, competitive activity and market intelligence from the field to leadership.

Launch, Experience & Expansion

  • Stay engaged through construction and launch. Partner with marketing and operations on resident onboarding and on-site launch events.
  • Turn successful properties into references, referrals, portfolio expansion and renewals.
  • Identify opportunities to expand relationships within ownership groups and management portfolios through additional properties, renewals, referrals and strategic partnership growth.
  • Deliver a responsive, professional experience that makes owners and managers want to work with Vyve again.
Vyve offers an exciting benefits package including subsidized employee and dependent medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), company paid life insurance, vacation, holiday and sick pay and educational assistance. Voluntary life insurance and disability coverage are available.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
