Vyve serve areas of Alabama, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, and Wyoming. 

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead brand, growth, and customer engagement strategies for a high-growth broadband and internet services provider. This executive will play a critical role in scaling awareness, accelerating subscriber acquisition, and deepening customer loyalty across diverse markets from underserved rural regions to competitive suburban territories. The SVP will champion bold, data-driven marketing initiatives that reflect our mission to connect communities and bridge the digital divide.
This is a remote position.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company growth, customer acquisition, and community engagement goals.
  • Serve as a key member of the executive team, bringing deep marketing and customer insight into broader business decision-making.
  • Evolve and strengthen brand positioning to reflect the company’s commitment to connectivity, affordability, and innovation.

Customer Acquisition & Revenue Growth
  • Lead performance marketing across digital, local, and traditional media to drive qualified leads and increase subscriber base.
  • Partner with sales and product teams to build integrated go-to-market strategies for new markets, service tiers, and promotional offers.
  • Utilize segmentation and personalization to optimize marketing spend and improve conversion.

Brand & Community Marketing
  • Build a trusted, community-focused brand identity that resonates with customers across rural and suburban markets.
  • Oversee local grassroots campaigns, sponsorships, and community partnerships to drive awareness and goodwill.
  • Lead messaging around digital equity, broadband access, and the company’s commitment to underserved areas.

Team, Budget, and Operations
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing marketing organization across brand, digital, communications, field marketing, and analytics.
  • Manage a multimillion-dollar budget with a strong focus on ROI, customer lifetime value (CLV), and acquisition cost efficiency.
  • Implement tools and processes to streamline execution and measurement.

Qualifications
  • Years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with a proven track record in broadband, telecommunications, or B2C subscription services.
  • Deep experience with both performance and brand marketing, ideally in a regional or multi-market model.
  • Expertise in go-to-market strategy, digital acquisition, local marketing, and campaign optimization.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams, agencies, and cross-functional partnerships.
  • Data-fluent with the ability to drive insights from metrics and customer analytics.
  • Experience scaling marketing strategies in high-growth or private equity-backed environments a plus.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a similar role, for fast-growth companies, preferably subscription service provider
  • Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
  • Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital and non-digital channels
  • Experience and thorough knowledge of direct mail and/or offline marketing (print, outdoor, radio, etc.)
  • Understanding of different business disciplines (IT, finance, etc.)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business software
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong leadership and communications skills
  • Teamwork skills essential; sense of humor preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, social sciences, marketing and/or advertising

Preferred
  • Prior experience in broadband, telecom, or a regulated infrastructure-based business
  • Knowledge of rural broadband markets, and multicultural communities
  • MBA or advanced degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
